Bern University of Applied SciencesI am a labor economist aiming to understand the marked differences between male and female labor market paths. As a sample of recent work, I mention two large scale experiments to detect labor market discrimination – for example stemming from employer prejudice based on potential and/or realized fertility for adult women – and on gender and parental background for teenage girls and boys. The latter will be presented at EEA Virtual 2020.
