Chuan Liu

Chuan Liu is a PhD student in Economics at Ruhr University Bochum and working as a research assistant at the Chair for Innovation Economics and Policy. He completed a Bachelor's degree at Xiamen University in China and a Master's degree at Goethe University Frankfurt. During his studies, he worked as an intern at the Digital Economy Research Department of ZEW in Mannheim. Before joining Ruhr University, he worked at DMH Deutsche Mittelstandsholding in Frankfurt. His research interests are structural change and global value chains.
