Cristina Manea

Cristina Manea has been recently awarded a Doctoral Degree Excellent-Cum Laudae in Monetary Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, having as advisors Professors Jordi Gali and Alberto Martin. Her thesis focused on (i) optimal policy with ZLB and fiscal limit constraints, (ii) firm heterogeneity in terms of credit access and monetary policy, (iii) inside-money. Last year, she was a Senior Associate at the BIS. In September, she will start working in the research center of Deutsche Bundesbank.
