Inci Gumus

Dr. Gumus completed her PhD in economics at the University of California, Los Angeles, and she is now an associate professor at Sabanci University. Her field of expertise is international macroeconomics, and her recent research mainly focuses on business cycles in relation to private sector credit and housing market in emerging market economies. Dr. Gumus has led several research projects funded by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey and has received the prestigious Young Scientist Award by the Science Academy in Turkey in 2018.
