Nils Ohlendorf

Nils Ohlendorf is a researcher at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change (MCC Berlin), focusing on distributional impacts of carbon pricing, carbon price expectations and the political economy of energy transitions. He holds a M.Sc in Public Economics from the Freie Universität Berlin and a B.Sc.in Industrial Engineering from the University of Kassel. Previously he worked for the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW), the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) and for Green Budget Germany (FÖS).
