Sebastian Schmidt

Sebastian Schmidt is an Economist in the Monetary Policy Research Division at the European Central Bank. He holds a PhD in Economics from Goethe University Frankfurt. His research interests center on monetary and fiscal stabilization policies, in particular in the context of the effective lower bound on nominal interest rates.
