Simon Rabaté

Lukasz Rachel

Lukasz Rachel is a Senior Research Advisor at the Financial Stability Directorate at the Bank of England. Lukasz has completed his PhD at the LSE. In 2018 he was awarded Fulbright Fellowship and spent a year visiting the Department of Economics at Harvard University. Prior to commencing his PhD in September 2015 Lukasz spent seven years working at the Bank in various policy roles analysing UK and global economies.

Lucas Radke

My name is Lucas Radke and I'm a PhD student at the University of Cologne. I received my B.Sc. from the University of Mannheim and my M.Sc. from the University of Bonn. My research interests lie in the field of Macroeconomics. In particular, I'm interested in any kind of heterogeneity that affects the business cycle and both fiscal and monetary policy.

I am a tenure track assistant professor in economics at University of Vaasa. I completed my PhD in economics in 2016 at University of Vaasa. My research interests include economics of innovation, corporate R&D, patenting, knowledge spillovers, energy and environmental economics.

Ziwei Rao is a PhD candidate in economics at University of Groningen. She is mainly interested in labor, household and health topics. Her recent work has been focused on old-age support and elderly well-being from the household perspective.

Terhi Ravaska

Terhi Ravaska is a senior researcher at VATT Institute for Economic Research in the areas of social security, taxation and income distribution. In her research, Ms. Ravaska has studied optimal taxation, Finland’s top earners and the Finnish pension system. In these studies, she uses full-population data available in the Finnish registers. Currently, she is studying the Finnish disability insurance system and how the current system affects the work incentives of the partially disabled workers.

Francesco Ravazzolo

Francesco Ravazzolo is a full professor of econometrics at Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. He was previously principal researcher and deputy director at Norges Bank and adjunct professor at BI Norwegian Business School. His research focuses on Bayesian econometrics, energy economics, financial econometrics and macroeconometrics. He has published in several leading academic journals. Francesco is in the editorial board of several top-field journals and is member of the executive committee of Society of Nonlinear Dynamics and Econometrics.
